I hope you are all having a great start to the New Year, after the now distant festive period!
Last year was the busiest and most fulfilling period in my career to date and saw us grow the business and get involved in many exciting projects. I am continually amazed by the diversity of organisations and people who I get to meet and work with. As part of the growth of the business I made the decision to seek out an amazing group of Associates to travel the Leadershaping journey with me. This talented and experienced group of folk will stand us in excellent stead to continue thriving and evolving during 2015. I also decided to upgrade the website to reflect the number of new products we’ve developed. I hope you like it as much as we do!
We continue to help people, teams and organisations flourish through what we do. We are currently working with multinational companies, schools and not-for-profits who all share one fundamental challenge – getting people to work well together and realise their full potential. We provide 1:1 coaching and senior leadership coaching, develop customised leadership training and take our own Evolve model for leadership and change to Businesses, Schools and Charities who want an organisational culture where everyone takes responsibility for success.
