“During the years I spent managing international sales teams, I was always under pressure to reach targets and negotiate deals with large global distributors, often in difficult conditions so I understand first-hand the challenges faced by businesses. I have always maintained though that at the heart of all good business performance are the people.
It was this fundamental belief which led me to train, alongside my work, as a professional coach and eventually to leave the corporate world to start my own business so that I could I devote myself to making a wider difference through coaching and training. One of the things I find most rewarding is to see others empowered and realising their full potential. I’m always encouraged and inspired when people in teams develop a new level of understanding which enables them to become much more effective in working together.

I believe in coaching as a powerful catalyst for real, long-lasting change and I help clients to raise their self-awareness to a new level in order to be able to transform their own lives, their organisations and their communities. My clients range from CEOs and senior leaders in organisations and charities as well as directors of small and medium businesses, coaching them to success while mentoring them with regard to sales, marketing and team development strategies.
My business supports the charity Room to Read, a non-profit organisation for improving literacy and gender equality in education in the developing world. I also run a local group called Leading Women which brings together like-minded women who are leaders in their own lives and those of others, all joined in wanting to make a difference in the world.”
